Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of City Planning, Water Supply and Higher Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that there is an acute shortage of drinking water in the village named Dombagaswatta, a village full of difficulties, in the Palmadulla electorate; and
(ii) the steps taken by the Ministry to provide drinking water to the people in that area?
(b) If not, why?
