Hon. Kumara Welgama,— To ask the Minister of Youth & Sports,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of cricket clubs in Sri Lanka at present;
(ii) out of them, of the number of cricket clubs in Kalutara district; and
(iii) separately, annual aid granted by Sri Lanka Cricket for the development of cricket clubs of Kalutara district from year 2015 to 2020, according to each year?
(b) Will he also inform this House —
(i) whether a programme has been prepared to develop cricket and other sports at school level; and
(ii) the names of the schools in Kalutara district, the aforesaid programme is being implemented?
(c) If not, why?
