Hon. Rauff Hakeem, Attorney at Law,— To ask the Minister of Health,—
(a) Will he inform this House, separately—
(i) the total number of Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) and the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 performed by the government and private sector in Sri Lanka from 2019 to 2022;
(ii) the names of the registered local agents for each of the aforesaid tests with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA);
(b) Will he also inform this House, separately—
(i) the unit cost incurred by the government sector for Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) and the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test; and
(ii) the total cost for Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) and the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests incurred by the government sector for the period from 2019 to 2022?
(c) If not, why?
