      Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms,—

      (a) Will he state separately on per year basis —

      (i) the number of persons who have been released from imprisonment under presidential pardon granted by Executive Presidents elected from 1978 to 2005 October ; and

      (ii) the names and addresses of those who were released in the above mentioned manner ?

      (b) If not, why ?
