Hon. Mujibur Rahman,—To ask the Minister of Justice and National Integration,— (2)
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of cases that have been filed by the Attorney General’s Department against politicians and public officials during the period from 2020 to 2024 in relation to fraud, corruption and homicides committed during the period from 2015 to 2019;
(ii) of the number of cases that have been concluded with proceedings by now from among the cases referred to above;
(iii) of those cases;
(iv) out of the cases referred to in (i) above, of the number of cases that have been withdrawn by the Attorney General; and
(v) of those cases?
(b) If not, why?
