      Hon.   (Dr.) Harsha De Silva,—To ask the Minister of Power and Energy—

      (a) Will she inform this House—

      (i) of the names and addresses of all the advisors (including presidential advisors) who provide advice directly or indirectly to the Ceylon Electricity Board; and

      (ii) of all the payments made to them?

      (b) If not, why?
