Hon. T.B. Ekanayake,— To ask the Minister of Housing and Samurdhi,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that despite the action taken to provide capital items within the due tender procedure for the projects implemented for livelihood upliftment of low income earners under Divineguma Development Project in 2014, the suppliers of those goods have not been paid up to now;
(ii) of the reasons for the delay in making those payments; and
(iii) of the date on which those payments would be made?
(b) If not, why?
