      Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,—To ask the Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Kandyan Heritage,—

      (a) Will he inform this House—

      (i) of the number of recipients of various types of assistance from the government such as Samurdhi, elderly allowance etc. in each constituency of the Badulla District;

      (ii) of the names and addresses of the persons referred to in (i) above; and

      (iii) what programmes the good governance government expects to implement for the enhancement of living conditions of such people?

      (b) If not, why?
