Hon. S. M. Marikkar,—To ask the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the development programmes intended for Maharagama Divisional Secretariat Division starting from year 2017 to next 3 years, under the Megapolis plan which is implemented by the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development;
(ii) of the programmes, if any has already been started;
(iii) of the exact dates from which the scheduled programmes will be commenced;
(iv) whether state and private investments are made in this regard; and
(v) if so, separately of aforesaid investments?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) of the allocations made for the scheduled programs or for the programs that have already been started;
(ii) of the amount of money that has already been spent;
(iii) whether loans will be obtained in this regard;
(iv) of the institutions from which the loans will be obtained and the amounts of the loans; and
(v) if not, of the amount of money allocated by the government?
(c) If not, why?
