Hon. Ashoka Priyantha,—To ask the Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of kilometres of roads coming under the purview of the Road Development Authority of the North Western Province in relation to each district separately;
(ii) of that number, according to the grading of the Provincial Road Development Authority;
(iii) the number of roads in the Puttalam district coming under the purview of the Road Development Authority of the North Western Province which were carpeted in 2013, 2014, 2015,2016 and 2017 in relation to each year separately;
(iv) the sources that funded for the development and maintenance of roads coming under the Road Development Authority of the North Western Province; and
(v) the amount of money spent to develop the provincial roads in the Puttlam district in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 in relation to each source, separately?
(b) If not, why?
