Hon. T. Ranjith De Soyza,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the total number of Cabinet Ministers in the present government according to the last Cabinet reshuffle;
(ii) of the number of State Ministers and Deputy Ministers, separately;
(iii) how many Members of Parliament are assigned with Ministerial monitoring tasks;
(iv) of the total amount of money spent for each Cabinet Minister annually;
(v) whether the National Budget for the year 2017 has allocated funds for the Ministries newly added during the Cabinet reshuffle; and
(vi) if so, what amount of money was allocated for the purpose?
(b) If not, why?
