The Parliamentary Caucus on Arts and Cultural Affairs was formally established following approval by the Committee on Parliamentary Business on 11th of July 2025. This establishment is considered a very important milestone, as it marks the first time in the history of the Parliament of Sri Lanka that an Arts and Cultural Affairs Caucus has been formed. Hon. Jagath Manuwarna, M.P., has been elected as the Chairperson, alongside several Deputy Co-Chairs.
