      Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government,—

      (a) Will he inform this House—

      (i) whether he is aware that the weekly fair conducted temporarily near the replica of Buddha Gaya situated at Mahiyangana town turns into
      a mess during rainy days;  and

      (ii) if so, the prompt measures that will be taken by the Ministry to develop the Mahiyangana weekly fair?

      (b) If not, why?
