Hon. (Mrs.) Rohini Kumari Wijerathne,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Economic Affairs, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware of the allegations leveled by the farmers to the effect that various malpractices and financial irregularities take place in the Dambulla Economic Centre when entering vehicles to the centre and when charging fees for utilizing the lavatories; and
(ii) if so, of the measures that will be taken by the Ministry to control such malpractices taking place in the Dambulla Economic Centre?
(b) If not, why?
