Hon. Thushara Indunil Amarasena,— To ask the Minister of Power, Energy and Business Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether the government has implemented a concessionary loan scheme for solar power products;
(ii) of the percentage at which interest will have to paid for loans provided to customers under that course of action; and
(iii) of the sums of loans that have been granted to customers by each bank separately under this course of action and the total of such loans?
(b) If not, why?
