Hon. Shehan Semasinghe,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Economic Affairs, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the name of the Working Director of Lanka Phosphate Company Limited from the year 2015 to date;
(ii) separately of the number of official vehicles, fuel allowance, salary and allowances granted to him; and
(iii) of the total payments that have been made to him from the year 2015 to date?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) whether payments outside the approved amounts, have been made to him;
(ii) if so, of the amount paid thus; and
(iii) of the person who has granted the approval for the said payments?
(c) If not, why?
