Hon. Susantha Punchinilame,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies, Economic Affairs, Resettlement & Rehabilitation, Northern Province Development and Youth Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House of the reasons for not providing security up to now for Engineer Nishantha de Alwis of the organization Sathya Gaveshakayo despite the court order to the effect that he should be provided protection as he had assisted the battle against terrorism?
(b) If not, why?
