Hon. Indika Anuruddha Herath,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the amount of interest subsidy allocated to the Gampaha district in implementing the ‘Enterprise Sri Lanka’ programme in the island;
(ii) the fields that were accorded special attention in implementing the above programme;
(iii) the state and private banks that have been enlisted for the implementation of the ‘Enterprise Sri Lanka’ programme in the island;
(iv) separately by gender, the number of loan applicants from the Gampaha district who applied for loans to join the above programme;
(v) the amount of loans released to the aforementioned persons in the year 2018; and
(vi) the progress of this national programme?
(b) If not, why?
