      Hon. (Mrs.) Rohini Kumari Wijerathna,— To ask the Minister of Wildlife & Forest Conservation,—

      (a) Is he aware that—

      (i) the land abutting the Bulanwewa quarry along the Galewela - Kalawewa Road and the main road in the village called Galbokkayaya located in the Dewahuwa Grama Niladhari Division of the Galewela  Divisional Secretariat Division belonging to the Forest Conservation Department since it is a reserve; and

      (ii) an organized group has constructed a permanent building and several temporary constructions in the morning of 22.09.2020 on the aforesaid land?

      (b) Will he inform this House—

      (i) whether the approval of the relevant Divisional Secretary has been received for these constructions; and

      (ii) if not, whether the approval of any other responsible public officer or an institution has been received?

      (c) Will he also inform this House—

      (i) if not, whether expeditious measures will be taken to remove these        constructions and protect the reserve; and

      (ii) if so, the measures to be taken in that regard?

      (d) If not why?
