Hon. Ali Sabri Raheem,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that the monthly pension that Mr. M. Naimullah, Pension File No. 01-802666, entitled to is Rs. 31,833.33 according to the revised pension grant letter dated 31.12.2021;
(ii) if so, the date on which the said pension was last paid to him; and
(iii) if not paid so, the reasons for it?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) the reasons why the necessary measures have not yet been taken to provide the pension as stated in paragraph 3 of the letter No. වි.වැ.ගි.36/202 dated 30.10.2022 addressed to the Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs and Local Government by the Director General of Pension; and
(ii) the date on which the pension referred to in (a)(i) above along with the arrears salary and allowances will be paid to Mr. Naimullah?
(c) If not, why?
