Hon. Sanjeeva Edirimanna,— To ask the Minister of Transport and Highways,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the methodology adopted by the National Transport Commission to issue Route Permits;
(ii) of the number of Route Permits that have been issued for ordinary routes and Express ways; and
(iii) whether there is any possibility of the permits issued so far being transferred to another party?
(b) If not, why?
