Hon. Kumarasiri Rathnayaka,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) dairy farming is common in Moneragala district; and
(ii) farmers have found it difficult to feed dairy cows and that they frequently engaged in confrontations with wildlife officers and forest conservation officers?
(b) If so, will he inform this House whether arrangements will be made to provide the dairy cows with proper grazing lands?
(c) If not, why?
