Hon. Hector Appuhamy,— To ask the Minister of Public Security,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of police officers alleged of Easter Sunday attacks as per the recommendations mentioned in the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to investigate the above mentioned attacks;
(ii) of the names of each police officer alleged of the incident, the designation held by them at the time of Easter Sunday attacks and their place of work, separately;
(iii) out of the aforementioned officers, the name and the place of work of each police officer who is currently employed;
(iv) whether he admits that the investigations carried out regarding Easter Sunday attacks could be sabotaged or investigation reports could be altered as the said officers still remain unchanged in the top ranks in Sri Lanka Police; and
(v) if so, the measures that will be taken in that regard?
(b) If not, why?
