Hon. Sivagnanam Shritharan,— To ask the Minister of Tourism and Lands,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the tourist locations of the Delft island, Jaffna;
(ii) the number of tourists who visited Delft island from year 2010 to 2020, separately for each year;
(iii) whether the said tourist destinations are maintained in order to attract more tourists?
(b) Will he also state—
(i) the names of the tourist locations renovated out of the tourist destinations mentioned in (a)(i) above;
(ii) the amount allocated to renovate the said tourist locations;
(iii) if the said tourist locations are yet to be renovated, the reasons are;
(iv) the measures taken by the Ministry to protect and maintain tourist locations properly situated in Delft island?
(c) If not, why?
