      Hon. (Mrs.) Anoma Gamage,— To ask the Minister of External Affairs,—

      (a) Will he state—

      (i) the number of foreign tours undertaken by the government in the year 2011 with the objective of strengthening friendly diplomatic relationships for the development of Sri Lanka and soliciting international support required to minimize foreign influence tarnishing the image of Sri Lanka;

      (ii) the names of those who participated in the aforesaid foreign tours;

      (iii) the amount of money spent on them; and

      (iv) the benefits accrued to the country as a result of the aforesaid foreign tours ?

      (b) If not, why ?
