    1. Hon. Chithral Fernando, Attorney at Law,— To ask the Minister of Justice and National Integration,— (2)

      (a) Will he inform this House of the—

      (i) number of civil cases that are pending before courts within the judicial system of Sri Lanka for over five years and for over ten years, separately; and

      (ii) measures that will be  taken to prevent the delay in ending cases?

      (b) If not, why?
