Hon. Mujibur Rahman,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education,— (1)
(a) Will she inform this House —
(i) of the number of cases that have been filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against politicians and public officials during the period from 2020 to 2024 in relation to fraud, corruption and murder incidents that occurred during the period from 2015 to 2019;
(ii) of the number of cases whose prosecution has been concluded by now, out of the aforesaid cases;
(iii) of those cases;
(iv) of the number of cases that have been withdrawn, out of the cases mentioned in (i) above; and
(v) of those cases?
(b) If not, why?
