Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Transport,—
(a) Will he state —
(i) whether any Consultant, Advisor or other official of similar category has been appointed to the Ministry or any other institution/office under the Ministry for the years 2012 and 2013;
(ii) if so, the names of said appointees and as from when they have been appointed;
(iii) the purpose of their appointments; and
(iv) the total cost incurred on them per month?
(b) Will he also state —
(i) whether any appointment as of (a)(i) has been done during the years from 2009 to 2011;
(ii) whether they are functioning as of now; and
(iii) if so, their professional qualifications or any other criteria considered for appointing?
(c) If not, why?
