Hon. (Mrs.) Anoma Gamage,— To ask the Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the number of vacancies that exist in Classes I II and III of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service by now, separately,
(ii) the date on which the Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment of Officers to Class III of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service was held last;
(iii) the date on which the officers were appointed on the results of that examination;
(iv) the number of appointments granted on that occasion; and
(v) the number of female officers found among the said officers who were granted appointments?
(b) Will he slate—
(i) the date on which the Limited Competitive Examination for Recruitment of Officers to Class III of Sri Lanka Administrative Service was held last,
(ii) whether officers have been recruited on the results of that examination; and
(iii) if not, the dates on which recruitment of officers is expected to be done?
(c) If not, why?
