Hon. (Mrs) Sriyani Wijewickrama,— To ask the Minister of Water Supply and Drainage,—
(a) Will he state in this House—
(i) the names of the main drinking water supply schemes that have been implemented by the National Water Supply and drainage board ;
(ii) the dates of commencement of each water supply scheme;
(iii) the Divisional Secretariat divisions, which are being Provided with drinking water by those schemes;
(iv) the dates from which water has been provided to each Divisional Secretariat division;
(v) the Divisional Secretariat divisions that have not been provided with drinking water by those supply schemes;
(vi) whether he will take steps to provide them with drinking water;
in the Ampara electorate of the Digamadulla district?
(b) Will he state the temporary arrangements being made with regard to the supply of water of the Ampara town until repairs of the water tank that supplies water to the Ampara town are over?
(c) If not, why?
