Hon. Ashok Abeysinghe,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Policy Planning, Economic Affairs, Child, Youth and Cultural Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of Cultural Centers that have been set up in Sri Lanka;
(ii) of the number of Cultural Centers that have been set up in the Kurunegala District;
(iii) of the methodology adopted in setting up Cultural Centers;
(iv) of the amount of the allowance that is paid for the officers in charge of Cultural Centers; and
(v) whether there is a move towards the increase of that allowance?
(b) If not, why?
