Hon. Ajith P. Perera,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the names of the members of the present Elections Commission;
(ii) whether they have acted in accordance with the objectives that are expected to be fulfilled in consistent with the section 103(2) of the Constitution;
(iii) if not, the measures that will be taken with regard to that?
(b) If not, why?
