(a) Will he inform this House —

(ii) if so, of the amount of money that will be provided for an acre of tea;
(iii) of the districts where the aforesaid programme has been implemented;
(iv) separately, of the districts where the aforesaid subsidy has been provided in full or partly; and
(v) of the number of tea small holders to whom the aforesaid subsidy will be provided?
(b) Will he also inform this House of the reasons led not to implement the aforesaid programme in other districts and it has been informed that money advances concerned would be provided, only for the districts where the recent Provincial Council elections were held despite the fact that the tea small holders of 8 districts should be provided with the aforesaid subsidies?
