Hon. (Mrs.) Thalatha Atukorale,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) whether permission has been granted to provide buildings and playgrounds of National Schools and Provincial Council schools for external activities;
(ii) if so, circular which granted such permission;
(iii) if there is no such circular, whether there are Provincial Directors of Education, Zonal Directors of Education or Principals who have granted such permission; and
(iv) if any school or any part thereof has been provided for an external activity, the institution or person who is vested in authority to grant such permission?
(b) If not, why?
