Hon. Shantha Bandara,— To ask the Minister of Highways, Higher Education and Investment Promotion,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) the improvement of the road system is a main factor for the development of our country; and
(ii) various road development activities took place during the past few years in this country?
(b) Will he inform this House of the action that will be taken with regard to the road development projects that have been stopped halfway?
(c) If not, why?
