Hon. Rauf Hakeem,— To ask the Minister of Economic Development,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the number of trishaw owners in the Kandy District who are registered to be entitled to the Rs. 1500/= monthly fuel subsidy granted by the government to the trishaws that provide transport facilities to the people for hire;
(ii) the number of trishaw owners who have been granted this fuel subsidy out of the trishaw owners mentioned above;and
(iii) separately and on Divisional Secretarial basis the names and addresses of those beneficiaries along with the trishaw numbers and the date on which the subsidy was first granted?
(b) If not, why?
