Hon. M. H. M. Salman, — To ask the Minister of Lands,—
(a) Will he state —
(i) the number of families to which permanent title deeds have been granted by the government out of the residents of the Egoda Kalugamuwa Colony belonging to the Uda Palatha Divisional Secretariat Division of the Kandy District; and
(ii) out of the aforementioned residents, the number of families which have not yet been granted with title deeds?
(b) Will he inform this House whether steps will be taken to provide title deeds to land recipients who have been residing in the aforesaid settlement for over fifty years?
(c) If not, why?
