      Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the  Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Kandyan  Heritage,—

      (a) Will he inform this House, separately in terms of each Divisional Secretariat  division of Badulla district in Uva Province— 

      (i) of the number of  families that  receive Samurdhi subsidies;  and

      (ii) of the number of families who are living below the poverty line?

      (b) Will he also inform this House whether he will take measures to provide   Sumurdhi subsidies to the people who are living below the poverty line   and do not receive them even though they are qualified?

      (c) If not, why?
