Hon. Udaya Prabhath Gammanpila,—To ask the Minister of Justice,—
(a) Will she inform this House —
(i) separately of the number of persons against whom cases have been filed under Prevention of Terrorism Act in years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016; and
(ii) of the nature of the charges that have been filed against such persons who have been accused of engaging in terrorist activities?
(b) If not, why?
