Jayewardenepura, Kotte.
Closing date & time of quotations : 02.00 pm on 12 November 2024
Opening of quotations : Immediately after closing of Quotations
The
following documents annexed to this "Invitation to Quotations" are
required to be read and returned with the duly completed Quotation
Submission Form (Section V) and the documents mentioned below on or
before closing of quotations.

The Secretary General of Parliament reserves the right of rejecting any or all quotations and the right of accepting any portion of the Quotation without adducing any reason. Quotations with no bid bond will be treated as non-responsive.
Quotations shall be sent by Registered Post addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee on Purchase of Souvenir Items 2024/2025, Supplies & Services Office, Parliament of Sri Lanka, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte or deposited in the Tender Box, which will be placed at the security counter of the main entrance (i.e. Jayanthipura entrance) to the Parliamentary Complex.
