This consists of the Speaker as Chairman, Deputy Speaker, Deputy Chairman of Committees, the Leader of the House of Parliament, the Leader of the Opposition, the Chief Government Whip, the Chief Opposition Whip and five other members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection. The duty of this Committee is to consider and decide on the time allocation for the discussion of Business of Parliament and other matters that the Speaker in consultation with the Leader of the House of Parliament, refers to the Committee.
