      Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government,—

      (a) Is he aware that—

      (i) people from many villages come to the weekly fair in Kuruwita to get their needs fulfilled; and

      (ii) the aforesaid weekly fair that is being run in another location without any facilities turn into a quagmire on rainy days?

      (b) If so, will he inform this House of the measures that will be taken by the Ministry to develop the aforesaid weekly fair?

      (c) If not, why?
