      Hon. (Mrs.) Rohini Kumari Wijerathna,— To ask the Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government,—

      (a) Is he aware that —

      (i) there is a town named Elkaduwa within the Ukuwela Pradeshiya Sabha area; and

      (ii) the above mentioned town has no common amenities like public toilets and pipe borne water?

      (b) If so, will he inform this House the steps that will be taken by the Ministry to develop Ukuwela town?

      (c) If not, why?
