Hon. Bimal Rathnayake,— To ask the Minister of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the institution which organized the Felicitation ceremony which was conducted in the Nelum Pokuna Theatre on 31.07.2018 where the Minister of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine was awarded with the “Suwapathi Kirula” title;
(ii) of the total amount of money which was spent on the aforesaid event;
(iii) of the institution which borne the relevant expenditure;
(iv) separately of the duties rendered by each of the aforesaid institutions and the amount of money spent by each, if the relevant expenditure has been borne by several institutions; and
(v) of the objectives behind the organization of an event of the above nature?
(b) If not, why?
