(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of vacancies in the post of Director and Assistant Director in the Department of National Archives as at 30 September 2018;
(ii) of the date on which the aforementioned posts became vacant; and
(iii) of the reasons why steps have not been taken up to now, to fill the aforementioned vacancies?
(b) If not, why?
