Hon. Ishak Rahuman,—To ask the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that the Kebithigollewa town which is a populous town in Anuradhapura district is full of unplanned constructions;
(ii) whether plans have been made to convert it into a planned city; and
(iii) if so, the date that plan will be implemented?
(b) If not, why?
