Hon. Kins Nelson,— To ask the Minister of Irrigation,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of families living in each of the Mahaweli Systems of Sri Lanka, separately;
(ii) those families, the number of families with Title deeds and without Title deeds for those lands, separately; and
(iii) the measures that would be taken to provide the families that have not received Title deeds, with Title deeds?
(b) If not, why?
