Hon. Charles Nirmalanathan,— To ask the Minister of Justice, Prisons Affairs and Constitutional Reforms,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the categorization method of the detainees detained in the prisons of Sri Lanka;
(ii) separately, of the amount of meal provided for each of the aforementioned prisoners;
(iii) of the current capacity existing for the detainees in the prisons in Sri Lanka; and
(iv) of the number of detainees detained in an overcrowded manner?
(b) If not, why?
