Hon. Sivagnanam Shritharan,— To ask the Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation,—
(a) Will she inform this House—
(i) of the number of horses in the Delft island of Jaffna at present;
(ii) of the year of which the horses were brought to the said island;
(iii) of the food given to the said horses;
(iv) of the number of officers appointed to look after the said horses; and
(v) of the measures taken to protect these horses?
(b) Will she also inform this House—
(i) whether a divisional office of the Forest Conservation Department has been established in the Delft island; and
(ii) if not, the reasons for not having an office are?
(c) If not, why
