Hon. Niroshan Perera,— To ask the Minister of Fisheries,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the amount of money spent to construct the “Wellamankaraya” Fisheries Harbour in the Puttalam district;
(ii) the date on which the operation activities of that harbour were commenced; and
(iii) the income earned and the cost incurred from that day, separately?
(b) Will he also inform this House—
(i) whether an environment report has been prepared in relation to the Wellamankaraya Fisheries Harbour;
(ii) the names and designations of the officers who prepared and approved that report, separately; and
(iii) whether that report would be tabled?
(c) If not, why?
